What youโll need?
Nothing fancy โ just the basics:

๐ฃ Light weights (1โ2kg is ideal โ think โjust enough to feel it, not enough to break youโ)
๐ฃ No weights? No problem. Grab a 1-litre water bottle = 1kg. Two bottles = 2kg. Sorted.
