What you’ll need?

Nothing fancy — just the basics:

🟣 A mat (any yoga or Pilates mat you already own is perfect)
🟣 Light weights (1–2kg is ideal — think “just enough to feel it, not enough to break you”)
🟣 No weights? No problem. Grab a 1-litre water bottle = 1kg. Two bottles = 2kg. Sorted.

This challenge is about using what you have — so don’t let equipment stop you.
