What youβll need?
Nothing fancy β just the basics:
π£ A mat (any yoga or Pilates mat you already own is perfect)
π£ Light weights (1β2kg is ideal β think βjust enough to feel it, not enough to break youβ)
π£ No weights? No problem. Grab a 1-litre water bottle = 1kg. Two bottles = 2kg. Sorted.
