Here you will find a 6 class beginner course - the classes aim to take you from complete beginner to being able to navigate around the app with ease.

Anything that you find tricky or needs a deeper explanation on form will go in here! If it isn’t there then please make a request and we will make the class for you.

This section is home to all classes that are chilled! Think yummy stretches, soothing, debloating - if you are winding down then this is your department.


Grab your weights and turn up the music - this is all about a little higher intensity classes. We have added weights, faster paces and even some jumps in here or there.

Just your regular mat classes with added props. Think weights, ankle weights, small balls, resistance bands, rings and rollers! If you want to add it in the look here to find a class for you!
